All our transcription work is undertaken using the most stringent security measures.
Voicescript undertake to keep all information supplied by the client strictly confidential. We recognise that some information may not be in the public domain, or may be of a sensitive nature and therefore we undertake not to discuss any aspects with anyone outside of Voicescript.
To ensure our clients can have total confidence in our services we ask all our transcription team members to sign our in-house Confidentiality Agreement, and to delete all material relating to each assignment within one week of file completion. Any hard copy client material we hold in our office will be shredded, and audio files deleted within two weeks, once the project is returned to the client.
We provide a secure uploading facility which uses AES 256-bit encryption both in transit and when your data is stored on disk. Because we take security very seriously, and understand that your data may be sensitive, our uploading facility is password protected using encrypted passwords for extra security and all file activity is traceable by Voicescript. See our FAQs page for more information with regard to file security.
Any audio discs provided by the client will be retuned to them via either Recorded or Special Delivery, in order to ensure complete traceability of these items whilst in transit.
If any client wishes us to sign their own Confidentiality Agreement, we will be very pleased to consider this.
Whilst we have registered in accordance with the Data Protection Act, this is for information held in respect of client details. We never retain any information relating to assignments.
All personal and company contact information supplied by our clients when taking up our services is held purely for the purposes of communicating with you during the course of your project or for updating you with details of our services. We respect the privacy of our clients and never make mailing information available to third parties.
