We recognise that confidentiality is paramount when dealing with sensitive personal information and to this end we have in place a number of security measures including Confidentiality Agreements for all our typists, 128-bit encryption for the transmission of audio files and resulting documentation between clients and Voicescript, and the shredding of any hard copy information upon completion of the assignment.

Secure File Transfer for Confidential Material
We provide a maximum security facility comprising 128-bit SSL data transfer, with 128-bit encryption for files whilst on the server. These measures ensure that no third party can intercept and reconstruct any data being sent between the client and Voicescript. All file transfer activity, both upload and download, is tracked and a full history of file movements can be accessed by us at any time. We understand this transfer method to be HIPAA and FIPS 140-2 compliant.

Please use our maximum security file transfer facility. You may send up to five files at any time, and there are no limitations regarding the size of files uploaded. Please ensure that you have completed a Transcription Booking Form prior to file upload.
