upload facility – even when
still on the road if you have internet access via your laptop. No
more waiting to get back to the office before work can start, or
sending tapes through the post. We can make a start on your recordings
immediately, enabling you to meet the tightest of turnaround deadlines. Our standard turnaround for up to one hour of dictation received by 4pm is next working day (Monday to Friday). We are able to accommodate requests for urgent completion by agreement, but these files would be subject to a rate enhancement. We use a per audio minute charging structure, ensuring that you know the cost of the transcription before you send it to us. We do not charge any retainer fees during your quieter period, and our transparent fee structure has enabled many companies to use our services with complete peace of mind. |

the confidential nature of audio content on these recordings, we
provide a secure
File
Upload facility, comprising
128-bit SSL data transfer, with 128-bit encryption for files
whilst on the server. These measures ensure that no third party
can intercept and reconstruct any data being sent between the
client and Voicescript. In view of our quoted turnaround timeframes, we are unable to assist with cassette or mini disc based recordings.
