on your behalf, ensuring that all recordings are completed by suitably
experienced transcriptionists and returned to you within the timeframes
requested. Simply send us your recordings, together with a completed
Transcription Booking Form, and we will do the rest. This forms
part of our standard transcription service and does not incur any
additional
fee.

| Please note invoices
will be issued at fortnightly intervals, or on completion of each
part of the assignment, whichever occurs first. Invoices will be dated as the commencement date of the assignment and invoices shall be due strictly within 30 days of this date. |

Audio Files These may be sent directly to us through our File Upload facility. Please ensure that a completed Transcription Booking Form is forwarded to us prior to commencement of any files. If you did not receive this with your original quotation, please call us for a copy since we are unable to commence work without this for each new assignment undertaken. Cassette-based / Mini disc Recordings Whilst many institutions have recognised the tremendous benefits of switching to a digital recording method, and are reaping the significant benefits that the enhanced recording quality and simplicity of transfer can offer, many still use tape-based systems.We regret that we no longer accept cassette-based recordings for new clients.
